Description
Completed in September of 2022 and intended to be a short term rental, this home features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a luxury living, dining and kitchen area. The living space was designed with an industrial feel and appointed with racing enthusiasts in mind. Step out onto the balcony for fantastic views of Ricochet, Little Bend, Buzzard Neck, Boot Hill and Tombstone some of my favorite corners on the 1.7 mile road course and turn to the left and check out the entirety of the world class KartMoto go-kart track next door. Expect the glorious sound of internal combustion engines!

The garage below is 40’x40’ featuring 3 gorgeous glass and aluminum garage doors and one side entry garage door for the mini truck we use for fuel jugs and tires and picking up BBQ lunches. It has a half bath and large enclosed storage closet. We’ve added a BendPak HD-9 lift for maintenance on the race cars and storage. This area is occupied by 3 permanent tenants and their race cars.

As a lifelong racing enthusiast and gear head, I sought to build a space that I can enjoy personally as well as share with like-minded individuals and folks that are looking for a different and exciting place to spend some hard earned downtime.

I've been a member at MotorSport Ranch since 2009 and run a 2020 Ariel Spec Race Atom regularly on member days at MSR as well as HPDEs at COTA and Eagles Canyon Raceway.
